VII. Tuition, HSLDA membership,
      a. Base tuition ($150 for '10-'11) and HSLDA membership ($95 per TCS family per year) are
primarily the responsibility of each member family. Do you foresee any problems paying these
two fees? __________ If "yes" please explain.


    

VIII. Enrollment Policy
       a. Regular tuition is $150 per family and must be paid in total at a personal registration appointment
that you will make with the Registrar. If a payment plan is needed, please talk to the treasurer before
your appointment. A fee of $25 will be added if registration forms are not completed and turned in at the
registration appointment.
      b. HSLDA membership is required, the cost is $95 per family. If you are accepted into the school, an
HSLDA application may be download from the website. You must have a photo copy of your acceptance
letter or duplicate member card in the school file by the November. Families who only have students under
the age of 6 or over the age of 18 DO NOT need HSLDA coverage.

After you have mailed in your application, allow about 3-4 weeks for a response. Several staff members
must review the application before admittance is confirmed and this takes time. Once you are admitted as a
member of TCS you may download a packet of important school forms and information that will help you
