Introduction
We are a group of parents choosing to educate our children at home. We have joined together under one private school affidavit in accordance with California State Law as Tower Christian School. We have legal nonprofit tax exempt status with the State of California and the Federal Government (IRS). The school is governed by a board of directors as outlined in our bylaws. (Available upon request) |

| We are united in our belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We are evangelical in nature and welcome believers from different denominations, with the understanding that the leadership team and school policies will stem from a Biblical/Evangelical faith. Tower Christian School is not an accredited diploma granting school. |

Services We Provide

I. Record Keeping
      The registrar will receive, file and store the necessary school records which will include: |

| 1. Health Forms | 2. Attendance records | 3. Family's curriculum outlines |
| 4. Teacher educational background and experience |
5. Evaluation forms (optional) |
6. Test scores (optional) |
| It is the responsibility of each family to provide the registrar with the completed forms on time. These services are sufficient to satisfy Calfornia State enrollment requirements. | ||

Costs
|
||
| I. Home School Legal Defense Association - HSLDA All families with enrolled students between the ages of 6 and 18 must be covered by HSLDA membership. Our school group has qualified under the group enrollment plan. This means that for new and returning members the cost is only $95 per family per year. HSLDA forms may be mailed to you or you may link to the needed forms from the TCS web site. Proof of existing membership or application and fee are to be turned in at your personal registration appointment. |

| II. Fees A nonrefundable application fee must accompany the application. From June 1st - August 15th, the fee is $25, after that the fee is $100. We will, of course, return your check if the school, for some reason, can not enroll your student(s). There is a $150 per family per year base tuition. This is due in total at your personal registration appointment. An additional $25 is charged if forms are not complete and turned in at the personal appointment and/or $25 is added if tuition must be paid on a payment plan. |

Your Responsibilities

| 1. Pay your tuition, hopefully on time 2. Join HSLDA 3. Turn in forms completed and on time at your personal appointment. 4. Mail your student's monthly attendance information to the registrar by the 10th of each month you teach. |

Enrollment Procedure and Limits

| A. Procedures 1. Fill out the Limited Member application and send it and a check for $100 made payable to Tower Christian School to: Tower Christian School Registrar 8753 Chickadee Lane Clovis, CA. 93619 2. Upon notification of acceptance you may download information and several enrollment forms from the TCS web site that must be completed and turned in at your personal registration appointment. 3. Attend a New Member personal appointment that can be scheduled with the registrar. |
